HTC Desire 728 Dual SIM with 5.5-inch HD display, octa-core CPU launched at Rs 17,990

HTC Desire 728 Dual SIM will be available with all major retailers from coming week onwards.
HTC has announced the launch of its new mid-range 4G smartphone in India, the Desire 728 Dual SIM for Rs. 17,990. The smartphone will be available with all major retailers from coming week onwards and will be available in Purple Myst and White Luxury colour variants.
HTC Desire 728 Dual SIM features a 5.5-inch HD (720 x 1280) IPs display and is powered by a 64-bit MediaTek (MT6753) 1.3 GHz octa-core processor along with 2GB of RAM. The smartphone runs on Android lollipop operating with HTC Sense on top of it and has a 2800 mAh battery. The company claims that will offer upto 21 hours of talk-time and up-to 485 hours of standby time on 3G network.
The Desire 728 Dual SIM comes with 16GB of internal storage, which is further expandable up-to 2TB via MicroSD card. The smartphone flaunts a 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel fixed-focus front camera. On the connectivity front, the Desire 728 Dual SIM offers 4G, Bluetooth 4.1, WiFi (802.11 b/g/n (2.4 GHz)), GPS with AGS/GLONASS and Micro-USB 2.0. Tthe handset measures 157.9.x 77.8 x 7.87 mm and weighs 153 grams. The sensors include Motion G, Compass, Proximity and Ambient Light sensor.
