Coolpad Note 3 Lite offers a fingerprint sensor as well as huge 3 GB RAM despite having a price tag of just Rs 6,999.
Coolpad today announced the launch of another affordable smartphone. Named as Note 3 Lite, the smartphone has been launched in India at just Rs 6,999. It is exclusively available on Amazon.in and registration for the phone starts today at 5 pm while the first flash sale will be hold at 2 pm on January 28. This is the younger cousin of last year's Coolpad Note 3 which is still available for Rs 8,999.
The new Coolpad Note 3 Lite comes with a 5 inch HD display. It has Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and a Mediatek MT6753 chipset that has a 64 bit quad core processor and Mali T720 graphics processor. It has 3 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal memory. The phone has a dedicated expandable storage slot as well which is of 64 GB capacity but as per Coolpad's product page it has 32 GB capacity.
The Coolpad Note 3 Lite offers a 13 megapixel rear camera and a 5 megapixel front camera. This dual SIM smartphone has WiFi, Accelerometer and Proximity sensors. Besides, it comes with USB OTG functionality, FM Radio, Bluetooth and GPS.
Commenting on the launch, Syed Tajuddin, chief executive officer, Coolpad India,said, "Note 3 Lite has been exclusively developed for the Indian market and will be available on India`s leading e-commerce platform Amazon.in at an aggressive price of Rs 6,999."
